This recipe lasts 1 hour and can still yield 4 servings of cracklings, depending on the quantity, it can yield more.
So, check out the necessary ingredients:
- 1 kg of pork belly (cut into cubes);
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed;
- Salt to taste;
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar;
- 1 lemon.
Method of preparation
In a large container, place the crackling belly and add the garlic, salt, vinegar and lemon. Mix everything very well and let it marinate for 40 minutes.
After that, turn on your AirFryer and leave it at the maximum temperature, 200º C. Meanwhile, take the greaves already cut into cubes and distribute them in the AirFryer basket.
Then leave the crackling in the fryer for about 1 hour, however, it will depend on the power of your machine, so check it a few times by opening the AirFryer compartment.
Stir the crackling pieces a few times just to make sure it's ready, one of the signs is that the crackling turns golden.
When all the pieces are golden, turn off the fryer and carefully open the compartment, carefully remove each piece using a slotted spoon.
