In view of the established rules, the worker will be entitled to reserve up to R$5,000 to use his FGTS and R$50,000 limit, being allowed to use up to 50% of the balance.
With offers being made by banks and brokerages of the FMPs, the minimum amount equivalent to the contribution will be from R$ 200.00, still allowing institutions to offer lower values.
In addition, the balance can be consulted through the agencies of the Box, allowing the worker to simulate and apply these values before an administrative institution.

- Click on “Enter the application”;
- Enter your CPF and go to “Continue” (if necessary, click on the requested images and “Verify”);

It is worth noting that the share offering will move approximately R$ 35 billion, containing primary offerings of 627.6 million shares, in addition to an extra lot, containing 104.6 million shares.
The value of the shares will be revealed from the 9th of June. Remembering that the value of each share will only be determined in the interests of investors and after the established deadline referring to the adhesion of purchase and sale, or when there is a pricing.
As for buyers, they will be allowed:
- Investors who already hold common or preferred shares of the company, employees and retirees of the state-owned company with deadline of April 30th, workers who have resources in the FGTS (Senior Severance Indemnity Fund) and others investors;
- Those who already own common and preferred shares of the company will have priority in the purchase and will be able to make advance booking request by completing a specific form for the acquisition of actions;
- Employee or former employee on April 30, 2022 and is in the condition of participant or beneficiary of the supplementary pension plans of the Eletrobras Companies or who were migrated;
- Workers who are going to buy using the FGTS, it is possible to use up to 50% of the value of the Guarantee Fund in the purchase;
- Retail and institutional investors will also be eligible.
