Netflix invests heavily in Korean entertainment
Netflix is investing heavily in South Korea's entertainment industry! With a contribution of 2.5 million dollars (more than 13 billion reais), the streaming giant intends to further boost the portfolio.
This is already imposing of films, television dramas, games and music of the country. That investment was confirmed during a meeting between South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol and Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos in Washington.
Praising the company's bold investment decision, Yoon said this is a huge opportunity for everyone involved in the industry – including Netflix itself.

Users are increasingly turning to Korean content in times of change. And it is not for nothing!
