According to data collected through an annual survey by insurance giant Cigna, Gen Z has higher stress levels than any other generation. About 91% of Gen Z people experienced stress, which is nearly 10% higher than the average for other generations.
The worrying fact is that 23% of these people say they have unmanageable stress and 98% say they feel extremely drained from their jobs.
