As soon as he wakes up, he practices meditation, drinks coffee and goes to write

He shares that he wakes up at 6 am and then goes to meditate for 20 minutes. After this period of relaxation, Hyman goes to make his coffee and takes some time to write.

Studies reveal that coffee is able to reduce the risks of diseases such as heart disease and dementia. Meditation already helps improve mental health and reduces stress.

Practice strength exercises

All strength exercise practices are done at home. Hyman uses resistance bands to help him. He says he used to do yoga, tennis or walking, but the current practice is bringing more results.

Research says strength training reduces health risks. After his workout, he goes straight into a steam bath and subsequently takes a cold dip. The 40 degree water reduces inflammation and improves the metabolism.

Breakfast is rich in protein and nutrients

Hyman says he has what he calls a "healthy aging shake" for breakfast. This shake is composed of berries, chia seeds and hemp seeds.

Their diet is the "pegan". It is basically made up of whole plant-based foods. Additionally, he consumes creatine for his muscle and brain health. The C150 fatty acid helps you sleep better, have more energy and less stress throughout the day.
