Ingredients:
The first step to start preparing this recipe is to separate the necessary ingredients to make it. So, have at hand:
- 6 thighs and 6 drumsticks;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- Juice of 2 lemons;
- 1 egg;
- 1 cup of water;
- 50 g of wheat flour;
- Olive oil;
- 1 cup of milk;
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Method of preparation:
Now it's time to get your hands dirty! The first step is to season the chicken pieces well, and for that, make sure you clean them well before you start seasoning them. Then use the lemon juice, pepper and salt and leave these seasonings to marinate the chicken for about 30 minutes.
In a container, place the milk, water and egg and mix all the ingredients. It is from this mixture that your chicken will be very crispy, in addition to leaving it very dry and tender.
Once the ingredients are quite homogeneous, you must place the chicken in the container and dip all the pieces in the mixture. So, it's time to bread the chicken so that it is perfect and crispy.

After that, add the oil in a pan and let it boil a lot. Gradually add the chicken pieces to the pan and fry for 5 minutes. Finally, you must remove them and place them in a container with a paper towel to dry.
