Microwave fluffy chocolate cake
Ingredients
- 1 and a half cup of sugar tea;
- 1 cup of milk tea;
- 2 cups of wheat flour tea;
- 1 cup of cocoa powder tea (prefer cocoa powder, avoid using chocolate powder);
- 1/2 cup of already melted butter tea;
- 3 whole eggs;
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder for cake;
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
Method of preparation
- First, separate all the ingredients that will be needed for this recipe;
- Then pour the milk, eggs, butter, sugar, flour and cocoa powder into the blender and beat until a homogeneous mixture is formed;
- When you reach the ideal consistency, turn off the blender, add the baking soda along with the bicarbonate and beat again very quickly so that they are integrated into the mixture;
- After that, take the dough and place it in a mold (suitable for microwaves) already greased with butter and flour and bake your cake for approximately 10 minutes (maximum power);
- Finally, wait for the mold to cool down and turn it out onto a plate.
