That is, observe the nutritional table (where the amount of each nutrient is) and the list of ingredients, which is always described in descending order of quantity of each one of them. Thus, you should opt for less caloric, with less fat and sodium.

It has a creamy texture and a mild but slightly acidic flavor. Cottage cheese is on the list of low-fat options. In addition, it is rich in whey proteins, which are digested more easily by our digestive system. This cheese is especially recommended for physical activity practitioners.

Minas cheese

Minas cheese has a little more fat than cottage cheese, but it is still a good option for those who are on a diet or need to reduce the amount of fat in their diet for some reason. The consumption of this cheese is very worthwhile, especially for the contribution of calcium, proteins and vitamin A that it has.
