To make this dish, you will need:

  • 1 cup of milk (about 240 ml);
  • ½ cup wheat flour;
  • 1 tablespoon butter (with or without salt);
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • Salt to taste.

How to prepare?

Put the egg, milk and butter in the blender, then add the dry ingredients (wheat flour, sugar and salt) and beat. Choose a frying pan, and if it is not non-stick, add a drizzle of oil and heat it.

When the skillet is very hot, put some of the dough to cover the bottom of the pan with the help of a ladle. As soon as the edges pull away from the pan, turn the crepe over with a spatula or a spoon. Wait for the other side of the crepe to brown and remove from the skillet.

Ready! Your crepe can now be served!
