  • 8 slices of crustless bread;
  • 2 boiled sausages;
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 tablespoons of oil;
  • 1/2 cup of milk;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 3/4 cup wheat flour;
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
  • Butter for greasing.

Method of preparation

  1. First, get a rolling pin so you can flatten the bread slices and make them thin;
  2. Then boil the sausages, cut them in half and then in half lengthwise to fit right on the bread;
  3. Take each dented slice of bread, place a slice of cheese, the sausage piece, moisten the edges with water and roll up;
  4. Beat the egg, milk and salt in a processor or blender (or even in your hand if you want, but mix well) until you get a homogeneous mass;

Ingredients

  • 4 small bananas
  • 8 tablespoons of dulce de leche
  • ½ cup of milk
  • Ice cream, sugar and cinnamon to finish

Method of preparation

  2. Then cut the bananas lengthwise and spread a spoonful of dulce de leche on each slice and place the sliced ​​banana on top;
  3. Then roll up the slices like a roulade and secure with a barbecue toothpick;
