Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados;
  • 1 lemon;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Black pepper;
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko;
  • ½ cup grated parmesan;
  • 1 cup of wheat flour and;
  • 1 beaten chicken egg.

Method of preparation:

  • First, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, peel and cut into strips of about 1 centimeter. Reserve;
  • Then season with lemon juice, salt and black pepper;
  • Soon after, mix the breadcrumbs with the grated parmesan cheese and set aside;
  • Take the avocado strips and roll them first in the flour, then in the egg and finish by rolling them in the breadcrumbs mixed with the Parmesan cheese;
