Avocado Brigadeiro recipe
Avocado brigadeiro is a great way to quench the craving for sweets, in a healthy way and taking advantage of the benefits mentioned above. To make the recipe, you will need:
- 1 medium-sized avocado;
- 3 spoons of honey;
- 48 g cocoa powder;
- half a glass of water.
How to make?
- Open the avocado and separate the inside of the skin and the pit (these last two are not mandatory);
- Love the avocado well;
- Mix the avocado with the cocoa and water until it forms a homogeneous mass. You can use a blender to make this process easier;
- Add honey and again mix well;
- Finally, leave it in the fridge for a few hours and you're done!
