Follow the instructions given below exactly and always opt for high quality products. To make mango pudding at home, you will need some basic ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 2 measures of whole milk can;
- 5 tablespoons of sugar;
- 4 whole eggs;
- 1 unit of large size pink mango.

- 1 cup of mango pulp;
- 1 cup of sugar.
Method of preparation
The first thing you should do is get rid of the myth that mangoes cannot be mixed with milk. Knowing this, separate the blender to start preparing this amazing pudding.
- First, beat condensed milk, chopped mango and eggs;
- Then, prepare the caramel sauce. Take a pan and melt the sugar, but don't let it burn;
- When the sugar is very liquid, pour this syrup into the pudding pan (the mold must have a hole in the middle) and leave the bottom well caramelized;
Obs.: The syrup will be boiling, so be careful not to burn yourself.
- Then, pour the cream that was beaten in the blender over the caramel, cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie for 50 minutes at a temperature of 180°C;
- When you bake, take it to the fridge for 3 hours until it arrives at the best consistency and temperature;
- Finally, when ready to serve, quickly heat the bottom of the mold to melt the caramel and release the pudding;
- Put it on a nice plate and it's ready to serve!

- If you choose to put a syrup to accompany your pudding, it's quite simple to do. Just mix the mango pulp with the sugar until it dissolves completely and you're done!
