Conexis Brasil Digital carried out a survey in which it was found that, of the 26 Brazilian municipalities with more than 500,000 inhabitants, 10 do not have specific legislation for the installation of antennas and all the infrastructure that is necessary for the proper use of the 5G.
This survey did not consider Brazilian capitals, since they already have 5G since the second half of 2022. According to the public notice issued by the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel), these cities that have more than 500,000 Residents must have a 5G signal properly installed by July 2025, with one antenna for every 10,000 people.
