Although other benefits have been included by the current government of Jair Bolsonaro, the program, created with the same objectives and proposals of Bolsa Família, became known for becoming a new version of the old social benefit launched by PT government.
However, with the end of the electoral period and the current political instability in Brazil, the citizens included in the program are concerned about the continuity of aid payments after the defeat of the current president.
However, since the beginning of his campaign, Lula has stated that one of his government promises will be to expand the period of the Brazil Aid, the last installment of which would be paid in December of this year, as stipulated by the PEC Kamikaze.
Thus, even if it is not a certainty, the tendency is that Auxílio Brasil will remain a source of support for Brazilian families after Lula's victory, with 50.9% of the votes.
Will the Brazil Aid be brought forward in November?
In addition to doubts about the possible cancellation or expansion of the benefits program, citizens are still wondering about the payment forecast for the Brazil Aid in November and December.
This happens because, in the months of August and October, the payment of the benefit was made before the date stipulated at the beginning of the year. However, the same did not happen in September.
Given this scenario, the Minister of Citizenship, Ronaldo Bento, has not yet confirmed the anticipation of the benefit this month. He also pointed out that the advance payment of the Brazil Aid would only happen if such a measure could be applied in the following months, without prejudice to the beneficiary.
