The first place to have contact with the 5G internet was the country's capital, Brasilia, which became available on July 6. After that, the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) announced that 5G would start circulating in three more cities: Porto Alegre (RS), João Pessoa (PB) and Belo Horizonte (MG) as of July 29th.
At first, it is already in a process of stabilization in the cities in question.

Which carriers are already making 5G internet available?
Currently, the operator networks that make 5G internet available to their customers are: Vivo, Claro and TIM. However, it is expected that others will make the same resource available to their users later.
It is expected that 5G will be a reality in all capitals in the country by the end of August. At least that's the wish expressed by the Ministry of Communications. Across the country, on the other hand, it is estimated that the internet will be available by the year 2029.
Will 5G internet be available on all devices?
Unfortunately not. Only devices that have hardware capable of connecting to the 5G antenna will be able to access it. In short, the devices that were launched in the last year have this support for the fifth generation of the internet, but the 4G network will still be active for those who do not have such smartphones.
