People with light eyes have less seasonal depression

Instead of blaming the weather, maybe you should first read this research from the University of New South Wales, which is in Australia. That's because new research points out that the way to understand the emergence of seasonal depression is the color of our eyes.

According to experts, people who have lighter eyes are less likely to develop this clinical condition. In this case, people with dark eyes have a need for greater access to light, so the communication between the eyes and the brain changes significantly in winter. In this way, the season would be exerting a direct influence on the mental health of these people.

On the other hand, people with lighter eyes can deal more easily with the absence of light. Although there are no studies that prove the relationship between location and brain health, it is possible to relate the fact that people who live in the cold tend to have lighter eyes. So the question remains: is this an evolutionary trait?
