mysterious radio signal
The first moment we'll remember in this article is a mysterious radio signal picked up by the 500-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope in China.
The broadcast made headlines for a reason. First, it didn't come from anywhere, but from deep space. Second, there were over 1,800 fast radio bursts over a two-month period.
Scientists have discovered that the source of bursts of radio it was a magnetar, a neutron star with a powerful magnetic field. However, they also believe that an object (unspecified) may have contributed to the signals.
ETs from Mars? Life on the Red Planet
One of the most common questions about Mars is: is there or was there life on the Red Planet at some point? In 2022, a French study revealed that, yes, life forms could have existed there.
However, there is a possibility that they triggered a kind of Ice Age in themselves. Thus, the whole life of Mars he died.
But calm down. Life forms are not small, gray, big-headed beings. In fact, we are talking about microscopic organisms, which lived on the planet about four billion years ago.
Pentagon confirms UFO reports
One report revealed that there had been 11 "near misses" between Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and US fighter jets. Then, in May 2022, Pentagon officials in the US were questioned in a public hearing about unidentified aerial phenomena.
Pentagon intelligence officials have publicly said they do not believe the unidentified flying objects are ETs. However, many observers are not convinced of this.
This is because in some of these meetings, it was reported that the UFOs would be moving at supersonic speeds. The force produced by such a situation would crush any human pilot's skull.
Furthermore, a dossier from the Office of the Director of Artificial Intelligence, which was made public in October, chronicled 366 UFO encounters. However, only half of them can be explained.
Was it ETs? UFOs in Porto Alegre
In November, a conversation between two commercial flight pilots and the control tower made headlines in Brazilian news. In the dialogue, they talked about lights in the sky while flying over the city of Porto Alegre.
“Sometimes they turn off and on. Sometimes it's one, other times it's two or three”, said one of the pilots. “There are three lights rotating between them here very strongly,” said the other.
NASA wants to step up “hunting” of UFOs
In June 2022, NASA announced that it would step up its efforts to "hunt" for UFOs using satellite equipment that is already in space. In fact, the agency seeks to examine and explain unexplained or unidentified aerial phenomena.
In October, the space agency took another step towards this investigation to understand this possible proof that ETs are watching us. A NASA announced a team of 16 people for this research, including an oceanographer, several CEOs, academics, a doctor of genetics and a journalist.
The result of their UFO research is due to be published in 2023.
