skillet brownie recipe
First, separate the ingredients you will need in the amounts indicated below. The yield is one portion, however, if you want to prepare a larger or smaller amount, just double or divide the recipe according to your preference.
Ingredients
- 1 egg;
- 40g of semisweet chocolate (or other);
- 2 tablespoons of crystal sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of tapioca;
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (which can be replaced with flour or sweet sprinkles);
- 1 and ½ tablespoon (soup) of cocoa powder.
Method of preparation
- First of all, melt the chocolate in the microwave oven for 30 seconds, then remove, stir and place for another 15 seconds. If necessary, do this until the chocolate is completely melted.
- In another container, beat the egg together with the tapioca, corn starch, cocoa and sugar. Once this is done, mix with the aid of a wire whisk until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Transfer the mixture to a small, nonstick skillet. You can grease with a strand of coconut oil if you want.
- Take to low fire and wait about 2 minutes. Then turn with a spatula and wait until you bake the other side. Finally, you can serve your brownie!
Some tips
To make the brownie even tastier, you can add a few drops of chocolate when it comes to heat or chopped oilseeds such as chestnuts, almonds, walnuts or even peanuts.
Also, when serving, you can use melted chocolate or Nutella on top and fresh fruit as a side dish. Strawberry, blackberry and blueberries are excellent options and go well with this preparation.
On the other hand, if you want a less caloric and more nutritious recipe, an alternative can be to replace the tapioca. for oatmeal in fine flakes or oat flour and replace the sugar with some powdered sweetener, such as xylitol, for example.
