What happened to Fahana Bistari?

Can she imagine sending her first salary to help her mother, and accidentally transferring the amount to someone else? That's exactly what happened to Fahana Bistari from Malaysia. Her story went viral on social media because of this confusion.

Fahana makes videos for social networks such as Youtube, TikTok and Instagram. However, the most popular recording was the tragic story of her telling what happened to her first paycheck.

In a statement, Fahana cries when she says that she received her first salary (which was not much, as she just started working) and wanted to send it to her mother. However, at the time of confirmation, she did not check the data, and accidentally sent everything to a foreigner. Later, when the transaction had already been carried out, she despaired looking at the receipt she sent to her mother, since the name was someone else's.

Has the money been returned?

After much nervousness, Fahana Bistari's mother got the number of the person who received the money and gave it to her daughter, who immediately got in touch. To everyone's surprise, the person asked her to consider the mistake as a "donation to them". However, after all the repercussions, Fahana later mentions on video that the foreigner who received the amount was willing to return it the next day.
