The good news is that this dessert only has three ingredients. One of them is the snow itself. See how economical! Now it is necessary to be very careful with this preparation, as some places are extremely polluted, therefore, the snow present in these spaces must not be used for eating or drinking some.
To avoid these polluted places and also coming as an alternative for those who live in regions where there is no snow, as is the case in most of Brazil, there is an adaptation of the recipe for the cream that uses only ice.

Snow cream preparation method
The whole process requires three ingredients: snow (or shaved ice), condensed milk and granulated milk. The ideal is to use snow that has recently fallen, however you can make about two forms filled with ice.
To turn the cubes into shaved ice, use a food processor or slowly blend the pebbles in a blender. Depending on the amount and size of your equipment, the ideal is to beat in parts.
Soon after, take a large bowl, add the shaved ice (or snow) and add the condensed milk. The quantity is to taste. Then mix well with the help of a spoon. It is important that you do this quickly, as the ice will start to melt. After that, cover the bowl with aluminum foil and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
After that time, remove the candy from the fridge, take the sprinkles and decorate as you prefer before serving. You can use chocolate sprinkles or colored ones. In fact, you can add whatever you like. Just don't let it melt!
