The auction brings several offers for the states of São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná, Pernambuco, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, Maranhão, Goiás, Ceará and Bahia. The event will be promoted by Freitas Auctioneer on February 27th, starting at 10am, online.
In online auctions, buyers can bid from anywhere in the world as long as they have internet access.
How does the auction work?
The opening price is set by the auctioneer and subsequent bids must be higher than the current price. The auction continues until no one else bids higher and the product is sold to the last bidder.

Most of the properties that will be auctioned are residential. However, there are still commercial properties, rural properties and lots. The property with the lowest initial bid is a condominium land in the city of Gravatá, in Pernambuco.
The land has 324 m² and the property receives offers from R$ 24,000.
A two-story house in a gated community in the city of Caçapava, São Paulo, has the highest initial value. The starting bid is BRL 1,129,000.
An apartment in São Paulo in Jardim Ampliação is a real eye-catcher! That's because it has 40.21 m², a parking space and a deposit. The unit has its initial bid at R$ 30,000.
The payment condition varies according to each property. However, they can be paid in cash with a 10% discount, in 12 interest-free installments or in 24, 36 or 48 installments.
