1. Ted Bundy
Known for his endearing personality, Ted Bundy broke the stereotype that killers are scary and dark figures.
The young man, who attracted victims with his charisma and sympathy, admitted to the deaths of 35 women in several US states between 1974 and 1978.
Bundy was finally tried and sentenced to death, having been executed in 1989.
2. Jeffrey Dahmer
Jeffrey was a shy and awkward boy who grew up to be one of most dangerous serial killers of all time.
Dahmer killed and fed on the remains of 12 men between 1978 and 1991, earning him the title "The Cannibal of Milwaukee".

4. Richard Ramirez
Known as the “Night Stalker” (Night Stalker), Richard caused panic in the cities of Los Angeles and San Francisco in the 1980s, when his identity was still hidden.
He broke into homes, abused residents, and ultimately killed them, claiming 13 fatalities in total. He was captured and sentenced to death in 1989.
5. The Zodiac Killer
The Zodiac is certainly one of the criminal cases most intriguing of all time.
A masked killer who murdered couples, having been responsible for 5 deaths and 2 injured survivors, although he admitted to being responsible for 37 deaths in a letter sent to the press. All this in a brief period of 10 months, in the late 1960s.
Unlike the other cases, this one doesn't have an ending. The Zodiac was never arrested and its identity remains a mystery to this day.
