Ingredients:
- 1 can of 395g condensed milk from the brand of your choice;
- 1 box of 200g of milk cream;
- Half a cup of powdered whole milk tea;
- 1 cup of chocolate chip tea;
- 200ml whipped cream mix
- 1 chocolate bar of the flavor of your choice;
Method of preparation:
To start preparing the Moça Gelada dessert recipe, take a pan and pour the milk into it. condensed milk, milk cream and powdered milk and, still without bringing to the boil, stir well until the mixture is homogeneous.
Soon after, turn on the fire at medium to low temperature and stir until the cream thickens.
Once this is done, transfer the dough to a refractory, seal with a plastic film and let it cool until it is at room temperature or, if you prefer, take it to the fridge to speed up the process.
While waiting, separate a container and beat the whipped cream until it's very firm.
