- 1 tablespoon refined sugar;
- 1 spoon (tea) of salt;
- ¾ cup (tea) of warm whole milk;
- 4 cups (tea) wheat flour;
- 25g of biological yeast;
- 2 eggs.
for the cream
- 1 tablespoon (soup) garlic;
- 1 tablespoon (soup) of mayonnaise;
- ½ tablespoon (soup) of butter;
- ½ egg;
- 1 tablespoon (soup) of onions;
- 1 spoon (tea) of refined sugar;
- Mozzarella cheese and parmesan to taste.
Preparation
The preparation of this garlic bread and its cream is very simple, without major complications. However, it is very important that you pay attention to all the steps so that the result is perfect. Check it step by step:
