  • 2 eggs;
  • 12 spoons (soup) of milk powder from the brand of your choice.

Method of preparation:

With the ingredients separated, separate a container and lay the eggs and beat them well with a fouet until finally the clear is undone. Soon after, add the yeast and stir again so that all the contents are absorbed. Now, gradually add the powdered milk, always taking care to mix well until the mixture becomes homogeneous. And don't worry when the dough gets sticky, because that's exactly the right point to cut it and bake it.

Therefore, separate small portions of the dough with the help of a spoon and mold so that the pieces are round. Finally, just place the dough in a greased mold and place it in an oven preheated to 180°C.
