Ingredients
- fresh chamomile flowers;
- 250 ml of boiling water.
Method of preparation
First, separate a pan, put the water and lead to high fire.
While the water boils, wash the flowers under running water, then dry them using a paper towel.
With the water already boiled, place the flowers in the pan and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, strain, let cool and drink.
It is worth remembering that ingestion of chamomile tea should be avoided in pregnant women and children, especially without medical advice.
valerian tea
