It's been a long time since we've been away from the Wizarding World, but in less than four months, we'll finally have what else to talk about the franchise when the next Fantastic Beasts movie hits theaters in April.
As revealed, we have an official title for Fantastic Beasts 3, which will be called Fantastic Beasts: Secrets of Dumbledore. Perhaps mirroring the previous Crimes of Grindelwald, which introduced audiences to the Dark wizard, this time around, we get to learn more about Albus Dumbledore from Jude Law. Going into the movie, there are some secrets about it that we're curious to learn.

Now, there are more than a few secrets about Dumbledore we'd like to know, and with that in mind, it might not be in the third film's best interest to fully reveal them in the 2022 release.
We hope to get to know you and understand Alvo a little better, because these films are a great opportunity to meeting the man who would later become Headmaster of Hogwarts and an important figure in Harry's life Potter. Here are the loopholes to answer:
Does Dumbledore really have a long lost brother?
Of many of the major obstacles at the end of Crimes of Grindelwald, one particularly stood out. Johnny Depp's Grindelwald revealed to Ezra Miller's Credence Barebone that he is Dumbledore's long-lost brother, Aurelius Dumbledore.
It was a controversial revelation because no fan had ever heard of that name, and it messes with some aspects of the Wizarding World timeline. An important distinction that we would need to learn sooner or later is whether Grindelwald was speaking the truth and Dumbledore does in fact have another brother, or if the villain is manipulating Credence with the revelation and the original timeline remains intact.
There have already been a few other inconsistencies in terms of conflict between the Fantastic Beasts timeline and the original, so it's possible that could be true. Credence is an Obscurial, making him incredibly dangerous, and perhaps a child who could have been expelled from the Dumbledore family. We're really curious to see how this potential secret plays out.
Was there a romantic relationship between Dumbledore and Grindelwald?
In 2007, JK Rowling proclaimed that Dumbledore is gay, and during the Fantastic Beasts era, she said that he and Grindelwald had a "passionate" "love relationship".
This may have been hinted at in some way in the Crimes of Grindelwald, when Dumbledore sees Grindelwald in the Mirror of Erised. However, so far the true nature of their relationship has not been revealed on-screen, and it's unclear how the franchise will actually handle this information.
What will be the breaking point in Dumbledore's blood pact?
As fans of Harry Potter lore know, the Fantastic Beasts movie is leading up to Dumbledore and Grindelwald's infamous duel, which took place in 1945. However, in Crimes of Grindelwald, we learn that the wizarding duo knew each other as children and he decided to make a magic blood pact to stop them from hurting each other, which was contained in a pendant. At the end of the Crimes of Grindelwald, the pendant was stolen from Grindelwald by one of Newt's nifflers and taken to Dumbledore in the year 1927.
At this point, it's unclear whether Dumbledore can destroy the blood pact pendant, but given that Grindelwald is creating an evil army, he supposedly will try. Though Dumbledore also has Newt and his friends who might be able to fight for him before they end up having their duel in 1945. We imagine that something specific will happen that will put them at a direct disadvantage, but we don't know what it will be.
Is there more Dumbledore interest in Newt Scamander?
As we learned in Crimes of Grindelwald, Dumbledore was Newt's Defense Against the Dark Arts instructor when he was at Hogwarts. As a student, Newt was expelled for mysterious reasons, although Dumbledore apparently protested the decision.
In the present day of the franchise, Dumbledore is seeking Newt's help as the war rages on. One has to wonder how Eddie Redmayne's character will develop as the story continues, and if perhaps there is more to their relationship and Dumbledore's interest in him than we've seen so far now.
As we know from the Harry Potter franchise, Dumbledore is very welcoming to his students and has an intuition about people. Will this happen for a specific reason in the series? Are there more secrets about her past to be revealed? We'll have to wait and see.
Will Dumbledore who meets Tom Riddle be connected to Fantastic Beasts?
Lastly, we're curious about a secret of Dumbledore's that he won't be dealing with until much later. Dumbledore goes to visit Tom Riddle at his orphanage when he was a young boy, presumably not far from the timeline in which the Fantastic Beasts is now, considering Tom was born in 1926 and Secrets of Dumbledore will take place a few years after the events of Crimes of Grindelwald, which was in 1927.
Will this, in turn, connect to the next film? Could a young Voldemort have a greater purpose in the Fantastic Beasts plot? This could be an interesting way to go back to the Harry Potter movies and build up the Dark Lord story if that's the case!
There are definitely a lot of questions we'd like answered before the next movie hits theaters on April 8, 2022.
