Ingredients
- 2 glasses of warm milk;
- 2 eggs;
- 50g of fresh yeast;
- 1/2 glass of oil;
- 1 cup (tea) sugar;
- 1 kg of unleavened wheat flour;
- 1/2 spoon (soup) of salt.
Method of preparation
- In a blender, add the ingredients, except the salt and flour, and beat until smooth;
- Then put the liquid in a bowl, add half the flour and stir (separate a cup of flour and add the rest of it to the dough along with the salt);
- Turn your oven on low for a few minutes and turn it off (this step is important for the bread to rise when it rests);
- Flour a surface and adjust the dough until it comes off your hands;
- Then, separate the dough into two parts and open it with a rolling pin, putting flour again on the surface;
- As a last resort, if you feel the need, add the rest of the flour little by little. This will make the bread lighter and fluffier;
- Grease the mold and place the molded dough in the shape you prefer;
- Place the dough in the preheated oven and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Even if the dough has not risen after this time, turn on the oven at medium temperature (180º C) and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.
The moment you feel the smell of baked bread, increase the flame of the fire a little so that the crust darkens. So, dlet it cool inside or outside the oven and then remove the bread which should be light, airy and fragrant!
