- Soy
A food rich in protein, even considered equivalent to animal protein, soybeans such as tofu and soy milk are also rich in calcium.
The nutritional characteristics of soy are excellent for helping bone health and can be an alternative for vegans.
- Red meat
Rich in protein and several micronutrients such as iron, which is essential in preventing anemia and, in turn, can cause weakness and impair the child's growth.
It is worth mentioning that red meat is also rich in saturated fat and therefore should be consumed in moderation.
