Pasta:
- 200g wheat flour;
- 5g of dry biological yeast;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- 2 minced garlic cloves.
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (room temperature);
- 120 ml of warm water;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Filling:
- 200g of grated mozzarella;
- Grated parmesan cheese to taste;
- Oregano to taste.
How to make?
First, separate a container and add warm water, sugar and yeast. Mix the ingredients until they dissolve. Then put the wheat flour and salt and mix well. Knead the dough well with your hands while adding the oil.
Then let the dough rest until it doubles in size. It is important to cover the container with plastic or a cloth at this time. While the dough rests, it's time to prepare the garlic paste. Separate a new container and place the garlic, butter and cream cheese. Mix everything very well.
When the dough is ready, open it with the help of a rolling pin and place it on a baking sheet lined with flour or parchment paper. After that, just pour the garlic cream evenly and finish by adding the cheeses and oregano to taste.
