Recipes that can help you control triglycerides
Triglycerides are fat molecules found in the blood. Foods rich in sugar, fats and excess alcoholic beverages are some of the causes that can cause their increase and accumulation in the body.
The accumulation of substances such as fat can lead to injury and cardiovascular disease. Therefore, it is important to always be aware of the levels of triglycerides present in the body.
In addition, natural recipes can provide a better quality of life and prevent the aggravation of diseases. It is worth noting, however, that even though they are natural, these recipes do not replace medical evaluation, which will prescribe the appropriate treatment for each case.
So, follow some of them:
Pineapple Juice with Orange
- 2 glasses of water;
- 2 pineapple wheels;
- 1 whole orange;
- 1 lemon juice.
Beat the pineapple and orange in a blender, squeeze the lemon and strain before drinking. So, take it twice a day, at night or in the morning.
garlic water
- 1 garlic cloves;
- 100 ml of water.
Leave the garlic in a glass of water for a day and drink the liquid the next morning before breakfast.
turmeric tea
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric;
- 1 cup of water.
Put the water to boil, after that add the turmeric and let it soak for about 10 minutes. Finally, strain and drink the tea twice a day.
It is worth remembering, however, that the use of these home remedies does not replace a visit to the doctor.
