How to prepare a potato salad with egg
Potato salad with egg goes well with any dish and is an excellent side dish for lunches, barbecues and special events. This recipe does not make a mess in the kitchen and is very quick, as it only takes 30 minutes to prepare.
In addition, its degree of difficulty is easy and yields approximately four servings. However, if you want a larger amount, just increase all the ingredients proportionally. Check out the items and preparation method below.
Ingredients and method of preparation
Ingredients:
- 4 English potatoes boiled and cut into cubes;
- 3 boiled chicken eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- ½ teaspoon of salt;
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar.
Method of preparation:
First, in a refractory container, place the potatoes cut into cubes and the boiled eggs into slices. Then take another bowl, add the lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar and salt and mix. Now, water the egg potato salad with this dressing and take it to the fridge until serving time.
Despite being prepared with potatoes, you can also use other vegetables such as carrots, pumpkin, chayote or a mix of vegetables. The other tip is to cook the eggs well, for about 15 minutes, so as not to overdo it.
