On the last 19th, the Secretary of Education of Minas Gerais (SEE-MG) announced that there will be contests for middle and higher levels later this year. The initial project designed for the event offered 19,871 vacancies, which were expanded to 20,008 in the current project.
It is expected that more than 500,000 applications will be made for the different positions that are being offered. The official disclosure took place on January 11 and there are still no names for possible organizing boards.

The last contest for the Secretary of Education of Minas Gerais took place in 2017 and had 16,700 vacancies for the level higher education, intended for the positions of Specialist in Basic Education (700 vacancies) and Teacher of Basic Education (16,000). Check out how the seats were distributed:

For a workload of 24 hours a week, a salary of R$ 2,135.64 was offered.
Competition for the Secretary of Education of Minas Gerais
The contest will be divided into objective test, writing test and title test. The application of the exam will last 4 hours. The test will have objective questions divided into five subjects, in addition to the writing test:
- 5 objective questions of Mathematics;
- 10 objective questions of the Portuguese language;
- 20 objective questions of Specific Knowledge;
- 10 objective questions of Educational Legislation;
- 5 objective questions of Human Rights;
- Writing: dissertation text, current theme, of classifying and eliminatory nature, worth 40 points.
After the exams, the titles will be qualifying for these positions:
- Educational Analyst (ANE);
- Specialist in Basic Education (EEB);
- Basic Education Analyst (AEB);
- Basic Education Teacher (PEB);
- Educational Analyst and School Inspector (ANEIE).
