Sausage potatoes recipe

Usually everyone has potatoes and sausages at home. How about taking advantage and making this special recipe? Check out!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of potatoes;
  • 800 grams of sausage;
  • 100 grams of mozzarella;
  • 1 cup (tea) tomato extract or sauce;
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk;
  • 1/2 cup (tea) water;
  • 1 tablespoon oregano;
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) of parsley;
  • 1 spoon (tea) of saffron of the earth (turmeric);
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil;
  • 1/2 diced onion;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Black pepper to taste.

Method of preparation

To prepare, peel the potatoes, add salt and put them to cook. Once they are very soft, remove from heat and return to medium heat. After that, cut the sausages into slices and cook them for about 5 minutes. Season them to your liking.

Add the oregano, tomato paste, water and make a sauce so that it has a very tasty consistency. Finally, pass the sausages and sauce to a platter. Spread the potatoes and finish by placing cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until the cheese browns.

Potato Pie with Ground Meat

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of potatoes;
  • Salt to taste;
  • ½ kg of ground beef;
  • Coriander;
  • Onion;
  • Garlic;
  • Black pepper;
  • Pepper;
  • Tomatoes.

Method of preparation

Cook the potatoes until soft and set aside. Then cook the meat and season it your way to be very tasty.

Then mash the potatoes and heat them with a little butter. Separate a platter and line it with a layer of potatoes, then a layer of meat, assembling exactly like a lasagna. When the platter is full, finish with the sauce and take it to the oven until it bakes for about 15 minutes at 200°C.
