Synopsis
Everything is going great for Adrian Doria (Mario Casas). His business is a success and has brought him wealth, his beautiful wife has given birth to the perfect child. And his lover is fine with their affair hidden.
Everything is great until Doria wakes up in a hotel room after being hit in the head. He finds his lover dead in the bathroom, covered with a mound of euro notes. Worse, the room is locked from the inside and has no way in or out.
With everything she's built crumbling at her feet, Doria turns to Spain's finest defense attorney: Virginia Goodman (Ana Wagener). So they try to figure out what really happened the night before.

Despite being recent, the film has already become a Suspense classic, not because of its age, but because of its intensity. The critics liked it and the viewers even more.
Not by chance, Um Contratempo at the 2017 Gaudí Awards was nominated for Best Editing. In addition, it received Best Film from the Audience and nomination for Best New Film at the 2017 Portland International Film Festival.
The official debut of the feature was in 2016, at Fantastic Feast, on September 23 of that same year.
