To access your Caixa Tem application, simply follow the steps described below:
1) Download the app on your phone
The application is available in versions for Android or iOS, and can be obtained from the same place where you usually download applications for your phone.
2) Log in
To log in to the application, simply enter your CPF and a numerical password, which you will register the first time you use the platform.
3) Confirm your mobile number
After logging in to your Caixa Tem application, when you log in for the first time, you will receive a code in an SMS message to confirm your identification. Then, just enter the phone number, and then enter the code that was received in the application.
4) Use the services
Once you can access the application, just click on the service you want to be using at the moment.
If you forget your app password, what to do?
Access to the Caixa Tem application is carried out using the CPF and a six-digit numeric password. If you lose this password, you can start a process to try to recover it and then create a new password. For this, we separate below a step by step:
- When accessing the Caixa Tem application, whether for Android or iOS, just click on Recover Password;
- Once this is done, insert the CPF in the field where it is being indicated to be filled in and also check the option I'M NOT A ROBOT. Then just click on “Continue”;
- Instructions to recover the password will be sent to the email that was registered in the account;
- Therefore, just access the email and click on the link sent to reset the credentials;
- Once you access these options, just follow the instructions that are being requested and create a new password. It only needs to be numbers with at least six digits, but it is worth noting that they cannot be the same as the CPF, nor have some repetitions or be your date of birth;
- Once all this is done, just click on “Continue” to validate the process and login with the new password.
