When "Child's Play" was released, it was supposed to be the bloodiest horror movie possible. However, the script was full of ironies and small jokes, making people laugh in some scenes. Not quite what you'd expect from a movie that was supposed to be scary, is it? The same is happening with a launch of Netflix.
According to the UK website The Sun, 'Soft and Quiet' is provoking something similar with its viewers. It was supposed to be a "disturbing" film, as described by the streaming platform, but people are bursting into tears when they watch it.

The description of the film made by Netflix points out that 'Soft and Quiet' tells the story of an education professional who joins with other like-minded women after meeting a person from her past and this triggers a chain of events claims.
The director of the feature film, Beth Araújo, went so far as to say that the work is an “American nightmare”. Perfect for a movie thriller, Is not it?
However, the public had another response. "It's so intense that I'm crying my heart out," wrote an internet user. “It's one of those movies that hits all your emotions. I had to write about it, it's an explosion of feelings."
"It's literally the only movie I watched and then refused to finish," added another - perhaps a little dissatisfied with everything the film made him feel.
