Nothing like a sweet pudding after lunch, right? So let's learn this simple recipe:

Ingredients:

Syrup

  • 250g of sugar;
  • 1/2 cup (tea) water.

Pudding

  • 7 clear;
  • Half a dozen tablespoons of sugar.

Method of preparation

Syrup

  • Add the two ingredients to a pan and mix well;
  • Take to the low fire without moving until it acquires caramel color;
  • Cover the inside in a mold and set aside while you make the pudding.

Pudding

  • Start beating the egg whites in the mixer, at low speed, until you acquire a firm consistency;
  • Keep hitting for like 6 minutes or until you form a firm meringue;
  • Spread the meringue in the caramelized form, pressing lightly to eliminate air bubbles.

OBS: don't fill the whole shape as the pudding will grow.

  • Place the mold in a bain-marie (use hot water) in the preheated oven (180ºC) for 35 minutes or until golden;
  • Develop the lukewarm pudding and then leave it in the fridge to serve chilled.

2. Gelatine Mousse

This dessert is perfect for the hottest days:

Ingredients

  • 200mL of hot water;
  • 1 sachet of raspberry-flavored gelatin;
  • 400g of sour cream.

Method of preparation

  • Put the hot water and the gelatin in a blender and beat until homogenized, then add the cream of
  • milk and beat again;
  • Distribute this mixture in a plastic form and take it to the freezer for 1 hour;
  • Finally, just unmold and decorate as you prefer.

3. vegan fudge

How about a vegan dessert to sweeten your day?

Ingredients

  • 400g of half bitter chocolate;
  • 150ml of vegetable milk.

Method of preparation

  • Add the chocolate as well as the vegetable milk in a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds;
  • Blend until lump-free;
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it and then pour the chocolate inside, placing it in the freezer for 1 hour;
  • Finally, just take it off the paper and cut it in the format you prefer.
