  • 1 little box of cream milk;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 cup and a half of squeezed lemon tea;
  • 1 pack of unflavored colorless gelatin (12 g);
  • 5 tablespoons of hot water.

Method of preparation

Follow the step by step below:

In a bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in hot water. Then, pour a can of condensed milk, a box of cream, a cup and a half of squeezed lemon tea into the blender and the dissolved gelatine. Beat the ingredients for at least three minutes.

Meanwhile, grease a pudding mold with oil. When the dough is ready, pour it into the mold and refrigerate for at least three hours. In general, until firm well. The longer it stays in the fridge, the firmer the pudding will be. When it's ready, unmold it and decorate it with lemon zest.

  • 1 packet of colorless gelatin.

Method of preparation

The instructions must be followed exactly to obtain a satisfactory result:

Add to the blender a can of condensed milk, a box of cream, 500 ml of liquid milk and a cup and a half of powdered chocolate. It is worth mentioning that it is important that you use chocolate powder, as it guarantees greater firmness to the pudding than chocolate powder.

Beat everything well and then add the already dissolved gelatin after following the package instructions to leave it at the ideal point. Mix again, now until you form a homogeneous mass.

While the dough beats in the blender, unite a form of pudding. When the cream is the way it should be, it's time to pour it into the mold. Take it to the fridge for at least ten hours. Just like the other one, the longer it stays freezing, the tougher it will get. When unmolding it, decorate it with the chocolate sprinkles.
