Ingredients
For this cornmeal cake recipe, you will need:
- 1 cup of sugar tea;
- 1 cup wheat flour tea;
- 1 cup of milk tea;
- 1 egg;
- 1 cup of cornmeal tea;
- 2 spoons of butter;
- 1 spoon of baking powder.
How to prepare?
- Mix the “liquid” ingredients (milk and egg) in a blender;
- Then add the sugar, the cornmeal, the butter and gradually add the flour to the mixture. Beat for 10 minutes or until the mass is homogeneous;
- Preheat the Airfryer to 180°;
- Then, put the dough in a greased form suitable for Airfryer, preferably silicone;
- Let it bake for 25 minutes, and your cake will be ready to be served.
