This classic recipe is even tastier when made in the Airfryer and serves up to 15 servings. See below how to prepare it:

Ingredients

For this cornmeal cake recipe, you will need:

  • 1 cup of sugar tea;
  • 1 cup wheat flour tea;
  • 1 cup of milk tea;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 cup of cornmeal tea;
  • 2 spoons of butter;
  • 1 spoon of baking powder.

How to prepare?

  1. Mix the “liquid” ingredients (milk and egg) in a blender;
  2. Then add the sugar, the cornmeal, the butter and gradually add the flour to the mixture. Beat for 10 minutes or until the mass is homogeneous;
  3. Preheat the Airfryer to 180°;
  4. Then, put the dough in a greased form suitable for Airfryer, preferably silicone;
  5. Let it bake for 25 minutes, and your cake will be ready to be served.
