  • ½ cup olive oil;
  • 2 minced garlic cloves;
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper (of your preference);
  • 1 can of tomato sauce in pieces.

How to prepare the balls

  1. First, take a bowl and pour all the already grated cheese, the egg and the cornstarch;
  2. Mix all the ingredients with your hands, as if you were preparing bread;
  3. Stir well until you reach a very smooth mass, in a consistency that no longer sticks to the bottom of the bowl;
  4. Then mold the balls with your hands, with the help of a spoon;
  5. Once they are ready, place them in the airfryer (already heated to 180ºC) for approximately 15 minutes. If the time is not enough, watch until they are golden brown on the outside);
  6. Finally, wait to cool down and serve this deliciousness to everyone!

How to prepare the sauce

  1. Take a pan and heat ½ cup of olive oil over low heat;
  2. Then put the garlic and pepper to sauté (stir until the garlic is soft, but not browned);
  3. Put the tomato sauce with pieces and cook until the sauce thickens;
