A bill is before Congress that aims to increase the minimum wage bank supervisors. After establishing the salary floor for nurses, instrumentalists, technicians and nursing assistants, a base salary for bank security guards in the amount of R$ 3.2 thousand may be approved, according to the text of the project. The value will be updated in the month in which the law is enacted, according to the accumulated variation of the Index National Consumer Price Index (INPC) since July 2022, with annual correction according to inflation measured by the INPC.
