Ingredients
- 1.2 kg of wheat flour;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 4 eggs;
- ½ cup oil tea;
- 1 condensed milk;
- 1 cup of milk tea (warm temperature);
- 20g of dry yeast for bread (2 sachets);
- 1 table spoon of salt;
- 1 yolk (to brush).
Method of preparation
- Add the sugar with the yeast in a container and mix;
- Add the milk, stir well and let it rest for 4 minutes;
- Then add the eggs, salt, oil and condensed milk and mix everything;
- Then, gradually add the wheat flour;
- Reaching the desired consistency, transfer the dough to a surface and knead until it is very smooth and homogeneous. If necessary, add more flour to make the point;
- Leave the dough covered and resting for 1 hour;
- Then, separate the dough into 6 pieces, make balls and place one next to the other, in a greased round shape;
- Let rest again for another 25 minutes covered;
- Finally, brush the dough with the yolks and bake in the preheated oven until golden, for approximately 40 minutes.
