Best donut recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg of wheat flour;
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • ½ cup oil tea;
  • 1 condensed milk;
  • 1 cup of milk tea (warm temperature);
  • 20g of dry yeast for bread (2 sachets);
  • 1 table spoon of salt;
  • 1 yolk (to brush).

Method of preparation

  1. Add the sugar with the yeast in a container and mix;
  2. Add the milk, stir well and let it rest for 4 minutes;
  3. Then add the eggs, salt, oil and condensed milk and mix everything;
  4. Then, gradually add the wheat flour;
  5. Reaching the desired consistency, transfer the dough to a surface and knead until it is very smooth and homogeneous. If necessary, add more flour to make the point;
  6. Leave the dough covered and resting for 1 hour;
  7. Then, separate the dough into 6 pieces, make balls and place one next to the other, in a greased round shape;
  8. Let rest again for another 25 minutes covered;
  9. Finally, brush the dough with the yolks and bake in the preheated oven until golden, for approximately 40 minutes.

Coconut filling option

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 150g of sugar;
  • 25g cornstarch;
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla dessert;
  • 200g of wet grated coconut.

Method of preparation

  1. Take all the ingredients to the fire until it becomes a softer porridge;
  2. Then remove the mixture from the heat and add the coconut;
  3. Book to later use at the time of assembly when you are going to open the dough.
