Ingredients
nachos
- ¼ cup wheat flour tea;
- ¼ cup cornmeal flour tea;
- 1 spoon of salt;
- 1 pinch of spicy paprika;
- 4 tablespoons of water.
Guacamole (avocado cream)
- 4 medium, ripe avocados;
- 1 very red tomato;
- 1 lemon juice;
- 2 tablespoons full of olive oil;
- Coriander, salt and pepper to taste.
sour cream
- 300 g of cream (remove the whey on top);
- 200 g of cream cheese (of your preference);
- Juice of 1 and a half lemon;
- A bit of salt.
Method of preparation

- Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients except the water. Gradually, pour in the water and knead the mixture;
- Then, when the mixture becomes a homogeneous mass, open it with the help of a rolling pin or cylinder and make it very thin;
- After you open it, cut all the dough into as many small triangles as you can;
- Finally, put oil in a pan and wait for it to boil, then fry the nachos and set aside.
Guacamole
- To make this cream, first cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds and, with the help of a spoon, remove all the pulp and place in a container;
- Then, mix the other ingredients together with the avocado pulp and, with a mixer, process everything (you can also use a blender);
- Finally, when you reach a homogeneous consistency, set aside.
sour cream
- Put all the ingredients in a container and mix until it reaches the consistency of a firm and homogeneous cream;
- Take the cream to the fridge until serving time (serve chilled).
