The 10 million subscribers on the platform

On April 8, Não Me Disturbe reached the milestone of 10 million subscribers. Within 3 years, this was the platform's second significant record, reflecting how much people are willing to suspend these calls.

Thus, in Brazil, there are 284.9 million landline and mobile telephones registered. These numbers correspond to 3.5% of the registration base. The state that most concentrates blockages is São Paulo, with around 4.8 million registered numbers.

Next are the state of Paraná with 885.6 thousand and Minas Gerais with 871.6 thousand subscribers.

What does the platform consist of?

The Não Me Perturbe platform consists of a website developed by Anatel so that users in Brazil can block any unwanted telemarketing calls. Among them, calls from banks, companies that offer loans and Telecom can be blocked.

However, it is not every call that Não Me Disturbe manages to prevent, as only those in which companies have a registration on the site can have their calls blocked. To request registration, simply access the website, click on “Request blocking”, inform the area code with the telephone number you wish to block, confirm the SMS and complete the blocking.

Thus, the site provides a maximum period of 30 days for connections to be blocked. If within this period the request is not granted, the companies will be fined by Anatel.
