Fruits are essential foods to make a school lunch box, because they contain water, fibers, vitamins, mineral salts, fructose, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. In addition to being rich in nutrients, they are of easy digestion and help to give a good satiety for child. They are great to compose the midday snack between main meals, as they help the child not to get hungry without disturbing the next meal. they too help with immunity childish.
