According to the Italian police, Kataleya Mia Chicillo Álvarez disappeared from the old Astor Hotel building. Around 140 illegal immigrants lived there trying to settle in Italy. Since September of last year, her family has been living at the hotel and has occupied one of the rooms in the building.
