WIN SHEIN clothes to try on; know how it's possible

Shein is an online retail platform that sells clothing, accessories and personal items worldwide. For clothing, the Chinese brand has the “Free Trial” program that guarantees its customers to receive products completely free of charge so that they can be tested and evaluated.

In the program, the customer will need to evaluate the products he received from the brand and, as the platform itself already offers, it will even be possible to earn 20 to 100 points through evaluation.

Shein free trial

Customers can request to receive free clothing, receiving it at their own residence, without having to pay for the piece or shipping. As payment, the customer needs to take pictures with the parts, comment on their satisfaction when receiving the product and point out details about the quality or if they need to make any readjustments.

With this comment and feedback on the piece, other customers receive a guarantee of how the product works, what are the positive and negative points.

For those interested in the program, it will be necessary to select the products that are being offered in the “Free trial” tab, informing the size of the piece and the delivery address.

However, there is no guarantee for automatic approval, as there is a process to be followed in order for it to happen. Upon receiving the product, the customer needs to post the feedback on “Post report” to complete the step.

For the report, it is necessary to fulfill these three obligations:

  • Perform feedback with at least three images;
  • At least one of the images needs to show the entire body;
  • Two images must display details of the part.

The feedback will be evaluated and, if it is not approved, the customer will be able to rewrite it according to what Shein asks. If the customer manages to meet the basic requirements, he will earn 20 points on the platform, and if he reaches the “Quality Review” point, the customer will receive 100 points.

The free test is not being offered by the Brazilian platform, so those who want to participate need to access the link of the program itself that is available in the application.

Can any clothing be requested?

The “Free trial” previously selects the parts that customers can order. Therefore, they will not be able to choose any piece of clothing. The amount of pieces offered is still limited, so being registered does not guarantee that the customer will receive what he chose.
