Woman has unpleasant surprise when looking for a house to rent

During an inspection of a residence of three bedrooms in the UK, a woman had the surprising experience of finding her current tenant fast asleep on the sofa, wearing only a shirt and underpants.

Katie Elliott, who was looking for a new place to rent, told Jam Press that she was stunned when she came across the scene.

The man was surrounded by vodka and beer bottles, cigarette cases and fast food packaging. The situation left the visitor in a state of shock.

During her surprising visit, Katie Elliott recorded what happened on her TikTok profile, sharing the unusual situation she witnessed.

According to her, the agent responsible for the lease had already warned about the extremely dirty state of the property, expressing embarrassment in the face of the situation. Elliott reported that the owner was visibly embarrassed and commented on the absurdity of the situation.

Despite the insistent attempts of the properties, the owner of the profile and her friends decided not to rent the apartment, as they were shocked by the extremely dirty state it was in.

Elliott confessed that she didn't expect it to be so bad and pointed out that two of the rooms were too small, which didn't meet her needs.

The letting agent kept urging them to ignore the mess and consider renting the property after cleaning up.

After the disastrous incident, she revealed that, possibly, the previous tenants were only studying and not committed to life.

A user of the social network expressed his surprise, questioning why there was still someone lying on the couch, since the house was available for rent.

Thankfully, the woman refused to rent the property. Then she finds out that the tenant needs to live there and sleep in his underwear on the sofa!
